How it Works

For those pursuing their mental health licensure in Massachusetts, I offer clinical supervision rooted in collaboration, honesty, and deep respect for your own developing sense of self as a therapist. As a practicing therapist since 2014, and a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts (LMHC) since 2017, I bring over a decade of experience working with a wide range of populations as well as frameworks and approaches. Supervision here is flexible and led by your specific curiosities, questions, and needs. The space can shift and adapt as working together unfolds, and blend experiential work with exploration of real cases. 

Our work together might explore:

• The way your own inner world and life outside the therapy room show up in your work as a therapist

• Sitting with the complexity of your cases and exploring them with curiosity and depth

• Getting hands-on and experiential with different modalities, frameworks, and tools

• Honest conversations around what it actually means to do this work sustainably and with integrity

• The practicalities and logistics of building a life as a therapist

• How to tend to yourself in a role that asks a lot, and what can happen (like burnout) when you do not.

• The particular wildness and wonder of this work, and how to find your people and support within it.
